1. Business Registration & Choosing a Subscription Plan

Anyone can register a business workspace on the platform in less than 60 seconds:

  1. Visit the public promotional website at https://example.com/ and click Sign Up Free in the top navbar, or open https://example.com/login.php?tab=register.
  2. Enter your Business / Company Name, Owner Name, Email Address, and Phone / WhatsApp Number.
  3. Select your desired package from the Choose Subscription Package Plan dropdown (Starter Free, Business Pro, or Enterprise Cloud). The plans shown here dynamically match the active packages configured by the Super Admin.
  4. Set your password and click Create Account & Launch Dashboard. Your isolated tenant account is created in MySQL and you are redirected straight to https://example.com/app/.

2. Login Options, Password Recovery & Role Redirection

Open https://example.com/login.php (or click Login / Sign In on the public website):

  • Email or Username + Password: Sign in with your registered email or username and password.
  • Passwordless Email OTP & Magic Links: Request a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) or instant login link sent to your email.
  • Google Sign-In & Organization SAML 2.0 SSO: Enterprise staff and business customers can sign in using corporate Single Sign-On.
  • Automatic Role Redirection: After signing in, Super Admins, Business Owners, Managers, and Accountants are directed to the main dashboard (/app/), while Retail Cashiers are automatically routed directly to the POS terminal (/app/?route=pos).

3. Dashboard Controls & Live Real-Time KPIs

Inside https://example.com/app/, the dashboard calculates all financial counters dynamically from your active records:

  • Live KPI Cards: Today's Sales & POS, Total Invoices, Monthly Revenue, Tax Liability, and Customer Account Ledger Receivables automatically update as you add, edit, or delete invoices.
  • Complete Record Controls: Every table in the dashboard provides Add, View / Print, Edit, Save, and Delete buttons according to your user role.
  • 1-Click Clean Production Reset (Rs. 0): Click the red 🧹 Clear Cache / Reset 0 button in the top bar to flush caches or wipe sample starter data so all counters start at Rs. 0.

4. Creating & Printing A4 Invoices (10+ Designer Templates)

Open Invoices & Billing in the left sidebar:

  • 10+ Visual Templates: Switch live between Muted Purple Editorial, Charcoal & Gold, Corporate Navy, Minimal Swiss, Modern Teal, Modern Orange, Classic B&W, Premium Burgundy, Forest Green, and Slate Blue.
  • Multi-Country Tax & Currency Presets: 1-click tax presets for Pakistan (Rs. PKR — 18% FBR GST), United Kingdom (£ GBP — 20% HMRC VAT), and USA ($ USD — State Sales Tax).
  • True ISO A4 Printing: Click Print A4 Page Now or A4 PDF Layout to print or save a single-page A4 PDF with zero header/sidebar clutter.

5. Retail Barcode POS Terminal & Thermal Receipts

Open POS Terminal in the left sidebar (or /app/?route=pos):

  • Scan item barcodes using any USB or Bluetooth scanner, or click product cards to add to the cart.
  • Choose payment method (Cash, Card, JazzCash / Easypaisa, Bank Transfer, or Customer Account Ledger credit).
  • Click Complete Sale & Print 80mm Receipt to record the sale, deduct inventory stock, and print the thermal receipt.

6. Inventory Management, Batches & 24-Label Barcode Sheets

Open Products & Stock in the left sidebar:

  • Click + Add New Product to save SKU, barcode, category, cost price, sale price, and stock quantity.
  • Use the Edit and Delete buttons in the Actions column to update prices or remove items at any time.
  • Click Print Barcode Labels to generate an A4 24-sticker barcode sheet for your shelves.

7. Double-Entry Customer Account Ledger

Open Account Ledger in the left sidebar:

  • Track every customer's credit limit, debit invoices, cash/bank payments received, and running balance.
  • Click + Record Payment (Credit) or + Add Debit Entry to update balances in real time.
  • Click Print A4 Ledger Statement or send a 1-click WhatsApp Balance Reminder directly to the customer.

8. Quotations, Recurring Invoices, Partial Payments & Credit Notes

In the Invoices & Billing workspace, use the Document Type selector to issue:

  • Quotations / Estimates: Send formal price quotes and convert them to tax invoices in one click.
  • Recurring Invoices: Automate weekly, monthly, or annual subscription billing cycles.
  • Partial Payments & Credit Notes: Record partial deposits against any invoice and issue credit notes for sales returns.

9. Android & iPhone (iOS) Mobile App Pairing

Open Mobile Apps (APK/IPA) or Users & SaaS Tenants in the left sidebar:

  • Scan the One-Scan Device Pairing QR Code from the SKILL INVO POS Android or iOS app to link your smartphone to your domain's MySQL backend (https://yourdomain.com/api.php).
  • You can also install the web portal directly to your iPhone or Android home screen via the built-in Progressive Web App (PWA) prompt.

10. Cloud Backup / Restore & Secure Logout

  • Backup & Restore: Open Backup & Restore in the sidebar to download a full JSON/SQL backup of your workspace or restore from a backup file across Web, Mobile Apps, and WordPress WooCommerce.
  • Secure Logout: Click the red Logout button in the top navigation bar or at the bottom of the left sidebar. Your PHP session and browser tokens are terminated immediately and you are redirected to login.php?logged_out=1.
